At Bitacad, privacy is part of the design: your work stays on your computer.

Data stored on your computer

Bitacad records the names of the designs you open, projects, work times, commands used, and the jobs and rates you enter. Everything is stored locally in your user folder (on Windows, %APPDATA%\Bitacad). We don't upload it to any server.

Data sent over the internet

• License verification: when you activate your license and every few days, Bitacad sends Lemon Squeezy the license key, an activation identifier and your computer name. It does not send your designs or times.
• Purchase: payment and billing data is processed by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name and email so we can support you.

This website

This site does not use tracking cookies or advertising tools.

Your rights

You can delete all Bitacad data by removing the folder mentioned above. To access, correct or delete the data linked to your purchase (name and email), write to soporte@bitacad.app.
